A Yes, all cleaners are insured for public liability and indemnified for $10 000 000.
Q Your name sounds environmentally friendly, but what about your products?
A Yes all our products are CITRUS based products which are human and environment friendly. If there is a time that another type of product needs to be used. You will be notified and the choice will be yours.
Q Do you charge for your quotes?
A No we conduct an inspection and at the same time provide a competitive quote.
Q What if I am not comfortable with signing a 12 month contract for your service?
A We don't believe in contracts...We believe in "you treat others, the way you would like them to treat you" We operate on performance... We are guaranteed to have you as a client on the provision we keep up the good work or we are out! It's month to month with no risk to you.
Q Do you use the same coloured cloth for each area?
A NO... We use a colour coded system for cloths, buckets, mops and equipment. We ensure your health is never compromised, after all the medical industry is a main stream client for Enviroclean Australia.
